i did a nice likeness of Smaug the dragon from The Hobbit for Fintron on HP. Took quite a while, didn't time myself. This time i used textures. haha. yeeeeeah, painting paarthurnax without any textures was stupid.... i've learned. Hence why he's coming out of the shadow which means less painting for meeee! yaaay, lazyness!! reference was just a 3D model of smaug so i could light it how i wanted.credits:

Hm interesting experiment. It's underbelly looks real so you definitely succeeded with those textures but the red scales read flat. I think they need more painting with deeper shadows and brighter highlights.
