When my heart won't let me,
How can I move on,
When you're the only one I see.
How do can I get on with my life,
knowing we'll never be that close again,
How do I live,
Knowing all we'll ever be is friends?
How can I smile,
when all I wanna do is cry,
How can I mend my heart,
when I feel like it died.
How can I face you again,
and look into your eyes,
when I feel like all we had,
was nothing but lies.
How can I sleep at night,
Knowing it'll never be you by my side,
How can I face another day,
knowing these feelings I must hide.
How come you can't hold me,
while I look at you with a smile on my face,
cause we're over and done,
and I hope you realize you can't be replaced.
How can I ever hug you,
and never want more,
cause you were my only,
the one I loved and adored.
How will I ever be able,
to accept that we're threw,
when I gave it my all,
and gave everything to you.
Now you can't be here,
to whipe the tears when I cry,
cause this can't be repaired,
no matter how hard I try.
I'm trying to move on,
I'm trying so hard to let go,
but what if I don't want too,
cause I still love you so.
