Description
I got this beauty from MilordoweAdopcje and she will be the maincharacter in my (hopefully) last pony project.

Eydís is the youngest offspring of an very old family in the high north of Midgard who was told from they where divide giant slayers.
For around ten years her oldest brother Angatyr murdered in a war against the house of his own brother, Hlöd his younger brother with the legendary sword Tyrfingr who was an old good of their family.
Her father Heidrek , who couldn't become any more children (what he self would never speak out), got furious because they had no male heir who could wear the sword now, what could only be hold by the strong magic of an experienced warrior.
He self was to old.
Eydís was fascinated from this sword since her foalhood and after the guards of Angaltyr brought it back to their castle she saw it the first time.

Right at this moment she felt the swords voice in her head.
The following night she crept in the throne room where the sword laid beside the throne of her father.
Tyrfingr started to speak to her and opened since the fight of her brothers its eye again and started to tell her why her family got this sword and through which horrible happenings.
After this night full of old times she got her cutiemark and decided to take the sword. In that moment her magic touched the sword Tyrfingr spoke:" Every time you raise me against a person, no matter if friend of enemy, blood will flood the earth. Use me with wisdom.".
Suddently her father came into the room and a big argument stared.
Never before had a mare the sword and he deprives her of a right to be a member of his family.

This was the day her long journey through Midgard and the seven Islands of Heaven started.

Her last living sibling is Tornhild . She is the wife of a land-grave in the region of the kingdom of her father.

Eydís companions are the Sword Tyrfingr, Ochieng a Basfarra and Tannaga .
