This is obviously one of those redraw meme thingies. My art is going through a shift and it's been a bit rough on my ego. I don't like my work much lately, but I want to keep producing. This was something I did to tell myself I'm getting better, not worse.

Lol yeah, the old one is more painted and stylized, but it lacks form. I mostly faked everything in it.
Really? I actually used a reference of a cute Japanese girl for the second one. Maybe that's also due to the previous being stylized? Because I exaggerated her features?
