Description
A needle-felted sea slug, of the imaginary variety.
I was just felting something for the sake of felting and came to the conclusion it was a sea slug late in the process so it's only loosely based on reality. I think I might make some that are more realistic. It's fun to look at specific species and try to re-create them.Pipe-cleaner wire armature underneath so it's posable. Completely stretched out from tip to stalk, it's about 5.5 in. long.

Awwww! <3 I love sea slugs so much (and any slug) this is really beautiful and cute. I love how fuzzy the felt makes it. The shape is very elegant, I love the little "wing" bits coming off its lower back. I definitely want to see more of these creatures in all different colours!
