Description
Neurotex is a latex derivative material made for cyborgs to control attached weapons and gear with thought commands.

It's applied by simply being dropped from a container onto the skin whereupon it covers the body and takes on a pre-programmed shape, and thus when worn leaves little to the imagination due to its "painted on" nature. Before Watchtower was established, neurotex was strictly worn by Praetorian Guard personnel and was required to have layers of armor and padding, even if the individual agent's powers made armor redundant. This covered up some of the bodily areas that would be controversial.

But internal sabotage saw the Praetorian Guard collapse, and Watchtower was built to replace it. And the uniforms Watchtower uses for its agents use a new form of neurotex called SmarTex, or Smart Texture. A latex derivative like before, but now allows non-cyborgs to have attached equipment as well as several on-board features such as NFC communication for easy officer identification.

But Watchtower is also much more.... lax about its dress code. And here we see Eibon, leader of Watchtower, in her new standardized outfit soon to become the mandatory uniform design. Unlike the Praetorian Guard, Watchtower allows their agents to wear their uniforms in whatever style or color they please, which has lead to many agents testing the limits of skin coverage laws in many countries.

Without the Praetorian Guard's mandated padding though, agents may find themselves showing more than they may have intended. But if they're anything like Eibon, they may be too stoked about being superheroes to care.
