Haelyn (Inanna/Ishtar) = Ability name: Omnidextrous. Haelyn has skin with the properties of metal, incredible strength and precision. But all of that pales in comparison to her tentacles which can transform to become literally anything she needs as long as the object is within comparable mass. This means that weapons like cannons, swords, and claws are all fair game, as well as technology she doesn't even understand or spare organs for the sick. If she needs it, she has it.

Haelyn was one of the first Qualuons sent by Jurres to prepare Earth for her arrival. However, when Earth's proximity to the neighboring magical dimension of Ketnar became apparent, Haelyn knew that there was no way that Jurres was going to be coming.

Thus, Haelyn began spending time with the dimension's human inhabitants, and interacting with them on casual level out of boredom. The more time she spent with them, and siring children with them, the more she became attached to them. It all came to a head when Sorkarta (Zeus) and Kulipto (Tarḫunna) began battling over petty issues and Sorkarta's power to control the Earth's rotation terrified the humans and nearly killed them. To prevent any more harm to the planet and the humans, Haelyn sealed away the provoking and incendiary Kulipto as punishment, and convinced Sorkarta to return the planet to normal before suddenly killing him.

Haelyn, sensing that her choice may have set terrible events into motion, convinced as many Qualuons as she could to go into hibernation and await the day of Jurres's arrival. Only the Qualuons who knew better stayed awake, with many dying over the years for one reason or another or choosing to fade from the attention of the world at large.

Thousands of years later, Haelyn, her sister Rhoudz, and former lover Syrash, were unearthed during an excavation. The archaeologist's prying and tinkering awakened them, and thus the rest of the Qualuons to a society that had long outgrown the need for gods. In this age, thousands of mortals had power that was once considered the domain of gods.

With her powers no longer being special, Haelyn smiled knowing that now she was able to be amongst her beloved humans as an equal rather than a god. Soon, the agents of Watchtower came seeking her abilities to deal with a menace...
