Eibon's Uniform wasn't designed just to be pleasing to the eye.
The unique materials woven within it, a blend of NeuroTex technology as well as synthetically produced Quantum Energy reactive materials, have created a uniform that won't burn up when Eibon uses her powers. The result is a potent blend of selectively liquid suit material called SmartTex!

Normally these uniforms have leggings and full sleeves to cover the body completely. With their ability to harden in response to physical trauma, the suits make for incredibly durable and flexible armor.

Even better, the suit will actually transform with their users if they happen to be a Race X.

But Eibon's suit, as well as many of the more powerful Watchtower members, has the leggings and sleeves removed, making for a very revealing skin tight leotard that catches eyes everywhere.

When you're as powerful as Eibon, armor is redundant.

And when you're as out of fucks to give as she is...
