sure, I'm not that good at it to be honest and there no set ways of doing this.
I uses varies different degrees of pencils, I know that sounds ridiculously obvious but I always see people drawing with just HB, and just press so hard tell the page rip ahha.
have a good rubber, I don't ever leave the highlights, I just draw gentle over the highlight and uses the rubber to rub it out, use the edge to swipe the lines from the middle and out.
make sure the corner of the eyes are really dark, only light when it is filled with tears.
I did the drawing of the tear in the page to give it a 3d effect but that's optional.
look at photos of real eyes and try them out
