Personally I liked Relm, she had an interesting class (I mean, how can I consider myself an amateur artist and not like the concept of a 'pictomancer'?). I'm alone in doing that, ain't I?
And yeah, she'd better. XD
As for the painting, I really like it! The colours are rather vibrant and I think in particular the hand looks very good. Since I love paintings I'm giving this a definite fav.

I liked Relm, but then again, I am pretty much in love with all of the FFVI cast (except for Cyan and Umaro).
I liked how you captured her maturity in this picture. She may be 10 years old on the outside, but her smart-assery elevates her mental age at least 5 years.

He didn't come on to her. She asked him what was wrong? And then he asked how old she was. If you ask me, he was keeping his distance and a little shocked at the end that relm was teasing him.

I guess I missed something, then. In the Japanese version, though, I'm pretty sure when she told him she was 10, he said something like "Darn, too young!" or something of the like. For this reason, I see a lot of fan art on Japanese sites like pixiv.net depicting Edgar as some sort of creepy pedophile...
Good thing the English translation is canonical for English-speaking regions!

I didn't play the GBA version, but according to the transcript, all he says is he knows she'll be a looker when she turns 18. For someone who admires the fairer sex, that's not quite a pedophilic thing to say unless he comes on to her after that line...

Just found myself confused by the Japanese's strange sense of humor, I guess. Personally, I don't think that the original Japanese script for the game holds any relevance or canonical value here in English-speaking countries, anyway. Which is why you will never - EVER - see me using the names Tina, Mash, Cayenne, etc.
