Ralis has a good hard cry on the rickety steps of Heljarchen hall. Erandur won't leave his side 'til the storm passes.Erandur takes very good care of Ralis. Here, he has thrown his cloak over him to shield him from the cold, and holds his hand in support. Can’t think of a better ally to have than 'The Priest', as Ralis calls him- He knows how deep the dark can go, and, more importantly, which way is up!
... I have more to say about these two, both as individuals and about their relationship, but I'll hold off for now. I know I usually only post silly stuff (or half naked dude-mers), but I wanted to do something that was a little more somber. More coming up!
This is watercolor and ink washes put together. I was experimenting with a lot of things at the same time on this one. Northern lights are really hard to paint! I look forward to trying more of them in the future. I learned a lot from wrestling with this thing. XD

I so love their dynamic, they're kinda rough, but they really trust and rely on each other, too. I'm excited to share the stuff I've been working on in the background! I was nervous to share this one as I didn't wanna spoil anything for anyone who might be reading my comic without having played through the quest first. But, I thought this was vague enough so I posted it anyway. We'll be seeing a lot more pretty soon now that we're at that point in the comic.
I look forward to seeing what kinds of things they'll get up to in your story!

Erandur and Ralis aren't that much different. E-man just happens to be further along on his journey than Ralis is... or at least that's a clue as to what is coming in mine

It's taking a lot longer than I thought. Anything to do with Ralis has problems attached. But! Soon, hopefully this week. Hopefully. Digital is such a huge stretch for me though. We'll see if I can get it!
They really are quite similar! E-Man's got time and experience over Ralis, for sure. Only, E-Man doesn't really have an excuse for the atrocities he most likely committed in the name of Vaermina, not like Ralis does. Ahhh, delicious baggage. There's a lot to sift through there. I think it would have been cool if they met in the game universe canonically. I guess it's up to us then!

I caan't help but think E-man didn't really know any different since he was basically raised in the cult. Gotta love that baggage though. Between the two of them they have more baggage than an airport lost and found.

OOOOOH! This is gorgeous! So much emotion but the colors! Wow! I'm a sucker for pretty/emotional things! ^^ I drew the Skrim aurora once and I completely agree... that stuff is hard! But it's so worth the work! It looks amazing! Great job!
