I think Wander as a Togetic would fit due to of their almost similar body shape, and by the fact that Togetic's a "fairy" type, a type usually relate with cheery fluffballs.
Sylvia was a little bit harder choice, Some people see her "pokefied" as an Aurorus, Kangaskhan or even a Flygon, but I think Breloom is a good choice, since both of them ambigiously resemble a kangaroo and a vintage dinosaur, and also because of Breloom's "fighting" type, and as all we know, Syl's is all about dat "smash n' sass" thing.

P.S.: I can see Hater as a Dusknoir and C. Peeps as a P-shaped Unown, oh! and E. Awesome pretty much the same but with a Sharpedo head!
