Lyrics are all about interpretation. I for one think it means she shines above her competition (or at least she thinks she does), but I also choose to interpret it as she literally urinates on women. It helps to keep up my fantasy of her being an escaped mental patient who only got a record deal because she threatened to cut off the balls of every man at her record label unless the signed her.
