Don't really know the concept behind this, but it's still cool!
I'd say that on HIS left arm the wrinkles on his foreshortened arm, the wrinkles need more definition ans wrinkle,s but since you approached this piece in a cell shading sort of way, It's hard to used blending coloring to help.
