And so, their lives continued.
Many things had to be fixed so Vanessa could restart her life;
Her original birth record had been deleted and replaced with one that said she was born in 1999.
Her old school records were destroyed and replaced with ones that said she had been home-schooled, but was now going to try normal school.
Her old 'friends' had every memory of her drained from their brains (of course there wasn't much in their burnt brains.)
And (for Vanessa's new life to be believable enough) Heinz had remarried his ex-wife. She had surprised Vanessa beyond belief when she revieled that she knew all along that Heinz was an evil scientist, and that was why she divorced him in the first place. But now that he had sworn off evil, she would be glad to give him another chance.
Heinz brother Roger had been told of the incident, and he had sworn he wouldn't tell a soul.
Baljeet, Buford, and the fireside girls had been told, and they all said they wouldn't tell anyone as well.
To Phineas and Ferb's surprise, it was actually easy to get Candace to swear not to tell. After she had developed her relationship with Jeremy, she lost most of her interest in trying to 'bust' them.
The only thing that was hard for Vanessa was keeping the secret of Perry's double life from Ferb. But she soon was able to block it out whenever she was with him.
Heinz had bought his old house he had bought in the suburbs (his old neighbor Phil had moved out from next door) and Vanessa had introduced herself to the Flynn/Fletcher family as 'the new girl on the block, just introducing herself'. She and Ferb had rehearsed this, and acted like they were just meeting for the first time.
When school had begun, Vanessa was put in the same school as Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, and their friends. Since she still had the advanced 16 year old brain, she had to make it believable enough that she was only 12 by getting an F or D on a couple of tests or quizzes.
She had developed a great friendship with Isabella, they soon even became BFFs. She even had joined the fire-side girls!
She also got along with Phineas well, complimenting him on his ideas, and give him a few tips on how to impress Isabella, even though he didn't need them; Isabella already loved him.
But what was the best was that Vanessa and Ferb's relationship had grown greatly;
Every year in middle school they were put in the same class, and sat next to each other. They hung out on their breaks, sometimes chasing each other around playfully, Vanessa usually pinning Ferb beneath her, teasing him.
Ferb always held doors open for her, and was a complete gentleman.
They spent every holiday together; trick-or-treating on Halloween (though Vanessa would sometimes take some of Ferb's candy bars).
They spent every other thanksgiving with one of their families, then the other.
Their families would get together on Christmas vacation (and Vanessa would always corner Ferb near the mistletoe, kissing him until his lips were numb).
Their families would also get together on New Years (to which they would kiss once the clock struck twelve.)
Ferb always bought Vanessa flowers and candy on Valentines day.
They'd go to church with their family's on Easter Sunday, holding hands in the pews.
When school would get out for summer, they would always be together every day, Vanessa going on vacation with Ferb's family, as Isabella would also do with Phineas.
On the Fourth of July they would get together and create 'fireworks' (but not the kind that would explode in the sky!)
When they all turned 14, they were able to 'date', as it was more acceptable at the ages they were at.
They quit trick-or-treating on Halloween, and instead would still dress up, but make haunted houses instead. They still continued the same things on the other holidays.
Once they had entered high school, and Vanessa had turned 16 again, the vision Phineas had all those years ago came true.
Ferb had tapped into his talent of playing so many instruments, and became (as he called himself) 'the school band-man' adding a bit of REAL rock n roll to school events. He would play the national anthem on his guitar at the first game of every school sport. He played drums in a school band in their sophmore year, then keyboard for another band in their junior year.
Vanessa had taken back to her original gothic style, and was able to relax and be herself again; a straight-A, hard-working student (who would occasionally rock out with her boyfriend.)
She and Ferb went to every dance together; home-coming, prom, and senior ball.
They both graduated together as seniors.
Since Phineas and Ferb were so smart, the school had to make them CO-valedictorians.
And at the end of Ferb's part of the speech (which was the second half, after Phineas) he had proclaimed his love for Vanessa at the podium, and asked her to marry him.
She had instantly stood in her chair and couldn't help but shout "oh Ferb, YES!"
Ferb jumped down from the stage, ran out to her, and they kissed. The whole audience had cheered for them, as Ferb slipped the ring onto Vanessa's finger.
(Of course, they had put the wedding on hold, so they could go to college.)
But once they had graduated from college, Phineas and Ferb had created a company that would reach out to young children and help them chase after their dreams.
"Know what you're gonna do today-" Phineas said.
"-Dream of what to do tomorrow" Ferb said.
Then, Ferb and Vanessa became betrothed.
They had gotten married in Paris, right below the Eifel tower. Phineas had been Ferb's best man, and Isabella Vanessa's maid of honor.
At the reception Phineas had proposed to Isabella, to which she accepted.
Ferb didn't get very angry at Phineas for stealing his thunder, because Vanessa had whisked him from the room to their hotel room.
And of course that, along with the honeymoon, were both worth the wait!
It was only a few years later that (from the same activity that took place on their wedding night) Vanessa was pregnant.
It was on the same day nine months later that both Vanessa and Isabella gave birth.
Isabella to a redheaded baby girl, which she and Phineas named Tara. And Vanessa to a green-haired baby boy, which she and Ferb named Troy.
And it was when these kids had both turned 10 that these cousins took Phineas and Ferb's place as the kindhearted inventors that made grand creations that were usually beyond normal kids their ages each day.

Years later-
"C'mon Troy; I know what we're gonna do today!" Tara said, as she grabbed her cousin by his hand, walking out of the house.
Phineas had called a few minutes previously, saying that she was coming over to grab Troy, because she had a classic idea; building a rollercoaster downtown.
They were also going to swing by Candace and Jeremy's place to grab Xavier and Fred.
"They need to do some fun stuff too!" Tara had said.
As they exited the house, Vanessa put her hand on Ferb's muscled chest.
Her put his arm around her.
"You think Troy's gonna be out for a while today…" Vanessa said.
"Yes, yes I do" Ferb replied.
She turned his head to the side, looking into his eyes.
"You thinking what I'm thinking, love?" she asked, faking a British accent again.
Ferb didn't even need to reply; he instantly lifted her in his arms.
She giggled as Ferb walked up the stairs and into their room.
He lay her down on the bed, and they kissed passionately.
They looked lovingly at each other and they could only say one thing to each other, but they both meant each word.
"I love you, so much…" they both said, then resumed kissing.
