Some people were asking about this so here it is! These patches are extremelyyy old (over ten years!), but found most of them. Some are still missing, but I'll add if I ever find them again.

This has less than the original release, but most of the original release was just color swaps. I didn't do that again, but you are welcome to do that yourself.
