Charming title but that's colloquial terminology for you... a skin disease common amongst the denizens of Fangor's poorer city regions. You can imagine the nature of the disease, which requires physical contact to spread and makes the afflicted pariahs in their environment, resulting in them resorting to handouts for survival. Created this for one of my game cards and Night Cafe did a fine job with the description I gave it.
