Description
The Uchiwa.

Sakura sat on her window seat looking out at the Village Hidden Amongst the Leaves. Six years after Sasuke gave up on his path of evil and returned to the village, Sakura was engaged to him, and happy.
"Sakura."
Sasuke's deep voice emitted from behind her.
"Hm?"
He kissed her neck, and lifted her from the window seat.
"You look beautiful today."
Sakura smiled; he was always doing or saying these little things that picked her mood up. But she had just lost a patient yesterday at the hospital. Nothing could cheer her up, not even his sweet words.
"Thank you, Sasuke-kun, but I don't feel like it."
"You always are, now tell me, what's wrong?"
"Well… I lost a patient yesterday, I could've saved his life, but I couldn't figure out how at the time. Looking back, I could've given him a shot to stop the virus from spreading, or, if the shot didn't work, I could've cut off the infected area. I just wasn't thinking clearly."
"Sakura people make mistakes, and things happen that are out of our control. Maybe he was in too much pain, and needed to be released from it."
"But, Sasuke—"
He cut her off with a soft, sweet kiss to the lips.
"I have something for you."
"Mmpf."
"I take it you want it?"
"Hai."
He smiled and pulled a red and white uchiwa from behind his back.
"A fan? Why?"
"It's no ordinary fan, my love."
It wasn't, it was colored so that it looked like the symbol for the Uchiha clan.
Sakura bit her lip, trying to find the words to express her feelings.
"Doesn't this belong to the head woman of the Uchiha clan?"
"Yes."
"But I'm not—"
"I'm the only Uchiha left, making me the head of the clan. You're to be my wife."
"But—"
Sasuke cut her off with another kiss, this time it wasn't a soft one.
"Mmf, Sasuke—"
"Accept the fan, Sakura, or I'll get rougher..." He breathed in her ear.
Sakura made a faux pouting face at her betrothed.
"Fine."
Sasuke smiled a genuine smile and kissed his fiancé on her cheek.
"I'm glad… Now why don't we work on the restoration, hm? Let's have triplets..."
"Sasuke! That's too much!
He just chuckled.
"Three is never too much, Sakura-chan..."
