Heyooo. It's the return of the birb drawings!This was requested by a lovely person over on instagram. They own four gorgeous budgies and wanted me to draw one but alas, those cheeks...those eyes...those little feets....I couldn't pick one...so I drew them all!
Took me almost a week between uni and general life junk..but it's done and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. A few mistakes but I'm trying to be more positive about my work!

Used to breed them! As bad as mice once you have two together and very aggressive to other birds as soon as they're nesting. But beautiful and colourful and full of personality.Β

Yep, I know that feeling!! Hahaha! I looked after a family friends budgie family and they had grown from two into seven!! The mother was a very bitey girl but the rest of the flock were beautiful sweethearts!! How long did you breed them for?? You must have gotten so many lovely colour variations!!

*laughs* I started out as first pet, and then rescues and then I had wild ones sneaking into the cage for a free feed. I wasn't specifically breeding for colours but I did get a number of yellow faced turquoises by accident. I gave most of my budges away when I came to Canada but I do miss them.
