(Boeing F/A-18 Hornet)
This flight took place at my brother's graduation. The Blue Angels fly over each year at the USNA grad ceremony. I used too much zoom. (Well, they were going about 400 mph, so please forgive me!) Oh well. I hope it can be used for stock. Enjoy!

Awesome. I've seen jets up close but never flying in a show. And the pic is better than the two I tried to take of this one small jet flying over my house. LOL.

Was this at the same event that the crash happened during? A few months ago?

This shot was taken when the Blue Angels flew over the USNA's graduation ceremony. (They do this fly-over every year during the ceremony.) This year's graduation was on May 25.
The accident you speak of was a terrible tragedy. This happend a month earlier on April 21 (Source: [link] )
I'm glad to say that no one got hurt during the shows that I saw.
My uncle later said he saw the pilots walking through town wearing most of their flight gear. They went into a pub, and he said, "it was like watching The Beatles walk through the center of town... They're like rock stars!"
