Now that Arysia's spine has been softened up with some preliminary bending, Sheeva can fold her into truly tormenting holds. Tucking the poor elf's neck under a lower arm in a headlock, she uses her upper arms to pull back on both of Ary's legs in a sort of suspended boston crab.

The upside for Arysia, if you can see it as such, is that nearly all the pressure crushing her spine is bearing down on her throat. She probably won't be awake to experience the blistering pain for very long.
