Eeek, I love it! ^v^ Ace is on my list of all-time favorite fictional characters (as you might have guessed from my previous comments) and I love how you drew these two!

I won't write a whole critique since I would just praise it so it would be a bit meaningless (and I don't like DA critique system, personally). Anyway, it looks perfect to me... maybe, just Ace's right leg looks a bit strange (it could be the pants' perspective, which clashes with the lower part?), but I'm not sure since it could just be a style thing.
Anyway, I really like it and you interpreted the theme perfectly. If I can, I'll commission you again in the future.

(although..i was little bit afraid....when i draw fan-arts for some contrete scene it ussually incline for drawing people in same pose/style like in manga or anime

No need to be afraid at all, especially when your own style is so interesting and beautiful! In this fanart, for example, I both see a scene that could be taken directly from the manga (Ace protecting Luffy from Smoker, maybe?), and an iconic scene of the relationship between the two brothers.
