In my opinion this is the best of the three works you posted.
Why? the piece works well together and the layers you have added work nicely together as far as placement. I feel like the fog layer totally over powers the other layers and distracts from the rich colors that could be the forest and the boldness of the girl ^.^ she can still be transparent and mysterious without being shrouded by fog. The placement of the glow is amazing and works wonderfully!
Advice:
Try playing with contrast/lightness/saturation in photoshop.

i like this one a lot.
i has the feeling of a watercolor painting and look like a page of a fantasy book.
a really good work good selection of color and theme maybe the upper part need some adjustment in color .
