Acrylics on canvas.The birdpeople (or in native tongue Grak'gria) of Melchylia has an intresting way of duelling. The rules are simple.
Fly at a deadly altitude. No physical contact is allowed but stay visible to eachother. The one who gives up first and falls to his/her death due to exhaustion loses the duel, obviously.
It is a long and painful process, as it sometimes takes days before anyone gives up.

This reminds me of a scene in one of my books, where both of the opponents are flying. Apus, the gryphon, verses Zypher (Eh, working on his name) who is a harpy.
As for the artwork itself, great job! Sound like a painful way to duel.
