Vlad D. Trestain - Age, 24. Born to a poor family, Vlad lived life on the streets. He grew up around crime and lawlessness, which he quickly picked up and learned the ways of.

Being forced to toughen up just to stay alive, Vlad learned to use his Epithet to get by and eventually created his own gang. The older he got, the more power and influence his gang obtained. This eventually led him to become one of the top crime bosses in the city. He had a hand in everything kind of crime in the city. The police have been after him for years, but thanks to his skill, strategy, and Epithet, they can't get anything on him. Eventually, his business expanded beyond the city to overseas, getting more money and reputation than he ever thought possible

After years of success, Vlad now enjoys a life of satisfaction as he can now have anything he wants. He runs a very successful electric company during the day and his gang as a Crime Lord at night. There are few in the city who do not fear or admire him. This eventually came to include mundie terrorist group known as Bliss Ocean. Vlad made a deal with them in moving merchandise with his connections for both money and extra muscle when needed.

Epithet (Stasis) - Can trap anything or anyone in a time field where the flow of time is under his control. He can use his Epithet on himself to either increase the speed of his body's time flow or slow his perception of time.
