Description
This is a picture I did for my Illustrator class this past summer. The assignment was to illustrate a scene out of a children's nursery rhyme. I like a lot of children's rhymes, so I think this was my favorite assignment out of all of them.If any of you have suggestions for how I could improve this picture, especially the sky and the grass, please tell me. I'd like to know what you think.
The rhyme is called "Sleep, baby, sleep"
"Sleep, baby, sleep,
Thy papa guards the sheep;
Thy mama shakes the dreamland tree
And from it fall sweet dreams for thee,

Sleep, baby, sleep,
Our cottage vale is deep;
The little lamb is on the green,
With woolly fleece so soft and clean,
