Description
Everyone needs a hero, that was one of the many slogans Sierra used in his political campaign. And after the Great Reaction, the bravest and best soldiers were given the name of Heroes, on order of Sierra himself. He believed that the people needed someone to admire, to see as example, someone you could trust and rely on. Those were the Heroes and were adorned with capes, splendor and scepters, which were initially just embellishments, symbols of power.Heroes and Heroism became a symbol of the Lictorian Empire.

I could see this on some sort of a recruitment poster for the Lictorian Army. I imagine something along the lines of: "Brave in the faces of our enemies! Enlist in the Lictorian Army!"
