I've seen some (or so I hope) concept art on the Qunari facepaint. I hope it was a joke because they are fuuuuuugly. They looked like a joke more than anything. Like a kid with ADHD who had one too many pixie sticks, then got into the face paints and went crazy.

I think I saw those too, but I only just glanced at them. They seemed a bit... cluttered. I don't know. I reeeally hope they have some nice ones. And maybe a couple new ones for the humans? I was a bit disappointed when DA2 just recycled the old onesΒ Β

I only ever seemed to like the Dalish tattoo's, they at least looked legit for the purpose of marking themselves as different. With the humans tatt's-cluttered wouldn't even be the half of it.
Hopefully they will reign it in to knock some good Qunari warpaint/tattoo's out of the park. I would've thought they would look into other cultures that they have taken inspiration from to craft the Qunari and do the same with the warpaint. I find myself rather intrigued by Mehndi practices upon the bride and groom. Those designs are amazing.

Oh! I love Mehndi designs. Growing up I had a lot of Indian friends, and it seems that they were born with the ability to create gorgeous henna designs. Haha! I was so jealous of their talent.Β

I think they would be appropriate for the Qunari (or Kossith as some people have argued) as it is very intricate and it'd look great on them! Because the one tattoo/warpaint I did see was...err...just ugh. Terrible looking. It looked like three or four paint pots exploded on the qunari's face.

Great art, but personally, I'm wary of this game. Bioware has been increasingly bad at managing their sequels. DAII, KoTOR II, ME2, ME3, each has failed to live up to their debut games. Here's to hoping inquisition breaks the cycle.Β

Gaaahhhh, the waiting is killing me. I think nearly EVERONE now is gonna make a female Kossith inquisitor, because we can... in all fairness, it was a good move on Bioware's part to delay the game for this sort of addition. But I don't even know the release date, MADDENING.

I say go for it! It's really fun to sketch around ideas. Then when the game comes out you can tweak the appearance to match the cannon design

Someone said today she wanted to be frozen until next year, you're not alone. We're all impatient for it. But just think! A year goes by fast enough, and we'll have lots of fun stuff to enjoy before it gets here. ^_^
Okay, the piece!
I like this red cross, it looks very intimidating and also regal. The jewellery looks great, and has lots of wonderful Qunari florishes. And having guilded horns is a brilliant idea.
