The one on the left... He kind of reminds me of the Inugami, a kami (spirit or lesser god) that takes the form of a dog. When a human host is possessed, overtime the host will develop dog-like features, becoming almost like a werewolf given a matter of time. It is quite similar to the Kitsunetsuki, which are kami that take the form of foxes. Humans possessed by them slowly develop fox-like features.
The one in the middle... She appears to be wearing a Tsurubashiri, which would be considered outdated by Sengoku-Jidai. I would assume this is not the complete armour set, as she does not have any helmet, pauldrons, gauntlets, and/or greaves. Beyond that, she looks fine.
The one to the right... While not a very accurate representation of a Ninja, does subvert stereotypical depictions. Her attire is somewhat more casual, and although it probably would be considered unmodest, it certainly would not stand out to authorities in much the same way a pitch black armoured bathroom robe probably would. The wakizashi is a good pick for a weapon, as Ninja would usually carry something small, easy to conceal, and legal to carry in the streets.
