Hwoarang has been the fan favorite Taekwondo ass kicker since 1997, and he has a better design now, better than Tekken 7s eyepatch man... oh, wait, he has that outfit here... hold up, he has TWO?! Great...Now Hwoarang has always been Jin's rival since Tekken 3, and so far, he has been outmatched by Jin and his devil form. But here in Tekken 8, Hwoarang gets to fight Jin and manages to help awaken his devil form to an extent. I do appreciate Bandai Namco for giving him a Taekwondo uniform as his default look here. This is indeed a much better design than Tekken 7.
Hwoarang: I'd hardly call that a scrap.
