Coloring should never be under estimated-very nice and clean. Although the fold in the cape are not as free flowing as the line art depicts.

Ah, I see. Looking into how folds react with lighting should help, experiment by yourself with a sheet or pick up a drawing book. ^^

This turned out pretty cool, but that green in the bg seems kinda strange.

and I didn't want to leave the bg white so I put a square behinde it and why green because cloud doesnt have any green in himself and you can see the colours better this way.
