...my digital camera butchered this. it looks better in real life, trust me...anyways, about 11"x14", ebony pencil and mineral spirits on Bristol paper.

Mineral spirts are clear and look like water, but they do have an odor(don't smell it too much or you get a headache @.@) It is some type of oil....it smooths the grain of the pencil and shades a little.

dude i can't wait to see it for real! O_O it's so bloody good, and now i can actually see what effects that mineral spirits did; it's just mind-boggling that it's only with pencil and a bit of clear liquid o.o;;

i know right?! Mineral spirits are DA BOMB. the pencil looks all grainy without them, and you can see the strokes without them...
