Description

Fateful: Who doesn't love a good myth every now and then, what with the gods, classic heroes, and legendary monsters?

Red hood: Oh let's see..... someone who sees stuff straight out of it everyday I guess, I mean a couple of the people we've had here can wipe the floor with half of those so called myths.

Aladdin: Aw come on Jason, there are still some cool mythological heroes out there that fully envelop what it means to be a full bloodied warrior.

Fateful: Yeah; like Achilles the Trojan war hero!

Aladdin: And Cu Chulainn the hound of The Hound of Culann!

Red hood: And we're here to see which overrated myth can win a...... hey isn't this called Fatefulbrawls for a reason? What the hell does Mythology Clash get put there!?

Fateful: Oh yeah that, well this prelude in collaboration with www.deviantart.com/shadowbattl… , so I chose a new name for it entirely. Plus he's during the fight part, so less work for us right?

Red ( Sighs, but then smiles) How can anyone disagree to less work, anyway let's see who wins in a Mythology clash!

( Both mythical heroes are teleported in)

Cu: Another challenge it seems, bring it on!

Achilles: Let us get on with it then!

Red hood: First say first serve, Cu's up!

----------------------------------------------------------

    Theme:

Background

Cu Chulainn (The Hound of Culann)

Born Setanta

Demigod/Incarnation of Lugh

Irish

Age: 17

Fateful: The man the legend Setanta  was born to the woman Deichtine and the god Lugh, and the nephew of Conchobar mac Nessa, the King of Ulster. With a backround like that you know great things are inbound! And Cu knew this to as he intently asked to join the boy-troop at Emain Macha.

Red hood: But being the impurity child he was it took to long for him, so he journeyed off on his own, but got jumped by a couple boys who were easily taken out, from then he got invited by Conchobar to have dinner who somehow forgot and sicked his dog on him. Poor mutt was dead in seconds.

Cu Chulainn: Yes I killed the poor beast only for self-protection, and felt terrible for the deed, so to atone I became his fateful.... replacement until he had a new one.

Achilles:..... ( Bursts out laughing) Hold please, so you're name is basically the degrading comment of your peers?!

Cu Chulainn ( Annoyed ) Need I mention the several battles I've won as well, before my 20th years!

Achilles ( Waves his hand) As if some mutt could ever match me in anything.

Aladdin: Oh I wouldn't call him a mutt, cause his bite is bound to be thousands of times deadlier!

Feats:

-Has killed many beasts and monsters, even at a young age

-For example, Culann's Guard Dog (which was stated to be as strong as 100 hounds) was killed when he was only 6

-The only student of Scathach to master the Gae Bulg

-Has fought many battles against armies by himself

-He is one of Ireland's greatest heroes, despite only being 17 years old

-He has excellent hearing, knows a spell of invisibly and can enter a "warp spasm"

Weapons:

Gae Bulg

-"Spear of Mortal Pain"

-Made from the bone of sea monster

-The spear is thrown from the fork of the toes

-Once it enters the body, it fills every joint and limb with barbs

-Pierces and shatters a thick wrought iron apron

Sickle Chariot

-Easily cuts through entire armies

-Leaves massive trenches in its tracks

-These were described as being as deep as forts

Other

-Is usually depicted to be wearing normal mail or fur armor

-Sometimes he has no armor at all

-He has also been shown wielding a sword, an axe, a shield and a sling-shot

-These are just normal weapons but in the hands of Cu, they are extremely deadly

Physicality:

Strength

-Cuts down a tree with one hand

-Can throws weapons hard enough to sink into the ground

-Can easily kill and rip apart people

    -Punches heads off

-Easily cuts people and throws weapons through them (many are armored)

-Hurls stone pillars and can lift a portion of a castle

-Can destroy a chariot with a rock shot from his sling

-Overpowers a giant and kills a lake monster with his bare hands

Speed

-Can outrun wild deer and chariots

-Catches a spear thrown at him

-Blocks 29 spears simultaneously

-Dodges attacks from a giant and runs circles around it

-He can land on the tips of thrown darts

Durability/Endurance

-Able to fight Ferdiad for an entire day

-He has gaping wounds throughout his whole body

-Continues to fight even after being impaled through the chest

-Has continued to battle, and even win, many times with near fatal wounds

-Slept with 51 women in a single night

Skill

-Multiple times has fought off hundreds of people by himself

-Can disarm trained soldiers, even when he doesn't have a weapon

-Can take multiple birds with one stone (aim with sling)

-Pierces the eyes of needles with another needle 50 times

Fateful: Yep, I can defiantly say without doubt that most normal dogs can never quite measure up to the shear amount of brutality that Cu here brings to the plate!

Aladdin: I agree actually, while he does mostly have normal weapons for the most part two are anything but; for one he has a Sickle chariot that can cut similar sized one is half and furthermore it can create trenches so deep they're comparable to a fort in terms of depth, that's some serious horsepower!

Fateful: Plus his physicality is insane; I mean as a child he killed a hound who was basically stronger then 100 normal ones, can block 29 spears at the same time, and can tanked being impaled in the chest!

Cu Chulainn: Please don't forget my ultimate weapon, Gae blorg!

Red hood: How could we forget that fine piece war ending material! This interesting device can actually bust apart iron with ease and is made from the bones of a sea monster, but more importantly it can actually release barbs into anybody it comes into the opponents body at the moment of penetration, talk about a bad first time right?

( Both myths share a look of pity)

Achilles ( Slow claps)

Red hood ( Points his pistol at him) Just so you know you're not invincible in this clash man.

Achilles ( Grabs his spear) Even so, I need not that to beat you! ( Both begin to battle as Jason unleashes his All-blades)

Cu Chulainn: This happens alot right?

Fateful: Yep, but according to this those guys are nothing compared to your fits of rage.

Warp Spasm

-When he gets extremely angry, his body begins to warp into a more monstrous form

-His anger becomes hot enough to boil water and melt snow

-His cries become terrifying enough to kill

-Is strong enough to kill 500 men with a single rock shot from his sling

( Achilles stumbles as Red hood quickly slashes his armor and causes damage, but returns it in kind with a stab that catches Hood in the leg causing him to stumble. But Uses his venom to heal the wound an tackle the demigod into a wall breaking it)

Aladdin: Hey that's my room! ( Teleports to stop the two fighters)

Fateful: Back to what I was saying Cu Chulainn here has always had rage problems being a child solider and accidentally killing your own son will do that to you, but not to the same extent as him unless it let's you grow in size, kill 500 men with a single rock throw, give you vice shout, and let's you sheer rage melt snow and boil water!

Cu Chulainn: True, my rage is both a determent and an asset, I try to use it more constructively now a days though. I believe that's all about me as of now.

Fateful: What about your we-

Cu Chulainn (Shouts) That is all move on!

Fateful: Shessh! Fine let's head over to Achilles's bio.

Weakness

-His endurance does have limits, albeit high limits

-He isn't immortal, so enough damage will kill him

-Not really a strategist

-Rage

-He is only 17 years old

Background

Achilles

Famous Hero

Demigod

Greek

Age: Unknown

Theme:

Feats:

-Often called the "Greatest Warrior" during the Trojan War

-Defeated the Trojan hero, Hector

-Slaughtered entire armies by himself

-Almost ended the Trojan War sooner than it was prophesized

    -Scaring the gods themselves

-Makes a very convincing woman

Fateful: Achilles was the son of the Nereid  Thetis  and of Peleus , originally Zues and Posidean both wanted his mother's hand but the fore-seer said that the son would be mightier then the fathers, so they naturally left her alone, doesn't matter though cause I mean just look at his feats, they alone are godlike!

( A slashed up and bleeding Achilles steps back into the living room) Indeed Fateful, I am very proud of my many accomplishments, such as-

Cu Chulainn: Being a very nice trans I see, bravo laddie you'd probably get loads of men with that appeal!

Achilles ( Gets butt hurt bad) I say I'd look better then you in drag or natural attire!

( Aladdin drags a chained up and bloodied Red to his seat with tape over his mouth)

    Fateful: Um, why the-

Aladdin: He mess up my room, so his talking privilege is not revoked!

    Red: MMPPMPPMPM!

Fateful: Well despite Achilles's feminine disposition, he has quite the manly arsenal!

Weapons:

Spear of Achilles

-Forged by the Centaur, Chiron

-Made from the Ash Tree at Mt. Pelion

-So heavy that only Achilles can wield it

-His army consists of warriors that can easily throw huge boulders and overpower hurricanes

Sword
-Forged by the blacksmith of the gods, Hephaestus

-Made of bronze and studded in silver

Shield

-Forged by the god Hephaestus

-Shines like the moon

-5 layered

2 layers of bronze, 2 of tin, and a layer of gold

-Not likely to be fully pierced

Armor

-Forged by Hephaestus

-Includes: Helmet, grieves for arms and legs, and a breastplate

-The sword and shield came with it as well

-The whole set together shines like a star

-Said to be impenetrable

Chariot

-Tied Hector's corpse to it

-Rode around Troy every morning for several days with the corpse attached

-This didn't stop till the gods told Achilles to return the body

Fateful: When it comes to weapons Achilles truly lives up to his god like status; he has a spear that's more destructive then a hurricane, a sword that was made by Hephaestus the god of armory along with his shield and armor, and his chariot that can go for days without tiring!

Cu Chullian: That is a impressive arsenal, but it'll take more then mere weapons to fell me.

Achilles ( Smirks ) I believe I possess the right strength and skill to put a rabid mutt like you down.

( Red hood gets free and tackles Aladdin as the two tussle on the ground)

Fateful: Well that leaves just me then, let's check you statement hero of Troy.

Physicals:

Strength

-Easily lifts and wields his spear

-Wrestles lions and wolves as a child

-killed and ate them as a baby

-Splits heads in two, smashes heads to dust

-Stops a huge rock shard mid-flight without flinching

-Overpowers a wave that uproots trees

-Breaks down Troy's gates

Speed/Agility

-Renowned for his "unparalleled speed" during the Trojan War

-He was nearly untouchable in combat, only ever being grazed a few times

-Can outrun horses, dogs and thrown darts

-Can walk over thin ice without falling through

-Run a circle around a city 3 times in a short amount of time

Durability/Endurance

-Runs around Priam 3 times

-Slaughtered many soldiers non-stop for several days in his rage

-Resists a wave of water strong enough to uproot trees easily

-Keeps fighting after being shot by a poison arrow

-He doesn't fall until he is shot by 3 more arrows

Skill

-The greatest Greek warrior

-Solos armies

-Beat Hector, Troy's greatest warrior

-Trained in various forms of combat

-Dart flinging, javelin throwing, pike piling and rushing, falchion combat, archery, and slinging

-Knowledge of herbal application and medicine

( Red hood knocks out Aladdin as he ties him up instead)

Red hood: Well it seems this guy isn't so full of shit afterall, he's actually capable of lifeint his spear which is tough and denser then a hurricane, he can endure several days of non-stop slaughter, is fast enough to barely be hit in combat. And he's actually quite skilled in a variety of different arts.

Achillies: And you experienced that first hand uh boy?

Fateful ( Has to physically stop red from shooting the Troy war vet) Alright then let's move on before Red does something crazy again! But luckily you my friend got aid from the gods.

Athena's Aid

-The goddess of War and Wisdom greatly favored Achilles

-Made his shout powerful enough to cause many brave warriors to accidentally kill themselves

-Diverts a spears path

Cu Chullain: You have the aid of the gods, and a rather good one at that.

Achilles: In deed, the great Athena cast her favor on me and granted me the ability to use shouts in battle that can cause madness or diverts a weapons path.

Cu Chullian: Well we haven't tried mine yet ya know.

Achilles: I know, but it'll met the same fate as you, layed face down and beaten.

( A calmed down Red now speaks)

Red hood: Well that's all folks!

Weakness

-He's kind of a drama queen

-when he was angry he went to his tent and refused to battle in the war

-He also wished that the gods would cause the Greeks to lose the war, which the gods happily did

-Rage

-His armor doesn't cover every part of his body

-Mortality, enough damage will kill him

Well this seems like a pretty close fight! Both have blow by blow counters, both are pretty much even in strength, but Achilles takes speed while Cu takes durability/endurance. Achilles has the better defense options with his shield and armor, while Cu takes offense with his superior chariot and spear. Cu has his a transformation, but Achilles has backup in the form of Athena. I think the deciding factor is what kind of hax their bringing, Cu's Spear and Transformation could end the fight, while Athena's advice could save Achilles from some fatal shots and get a few pot shots in over time. But I'm gonna side with Cu, he's survived more fatal wounds, his spear only needs a few hits for the barbs to kick in, and his transformation seems too much for Achilles to handle, even with Athena's help, and Cu's rage seems like it will benefit him in the long run more so than Achilles rage.
