I can put together nice ladies in minutes... but I cringe for hours (sometimes even days) to come up with half decent males...But the hero for the game had to be designed and... well... I guess it's... acceptable.

Now, how should I put this...? It seems to me that you are good enough in drawing guys, just the practice you need is not so much in how to draw them but in drawing them in a more acceptable amount of time.
