Ok,This is 'War' from the upcoming game-Darksiders!Did this painting in ps cs4 port'
Took about 3 days!(sleeping not included lol)
experience-Well the hair was the big challange as I paint with mouse! (Hair of both 'war' and the steed 'ruin')
Ok,Ok Besides that I did this mainly as a gift for my friends Birthday' Happy birthday lycon!

Well I think its a bit of a cheat since you just used a game artwork and redrew it. It's not bad but giving you credit for that would be unfair, since it's based on another artists work.

Did I say give me credit for the game artwork?If the credits were to be given then it should be for what I painted myself.It's no cheat!Did I say this work was my idea?If this is cheat and unfair then I think portrait artists are huge cheaters.What you're saying is something so obvious like people know this is game's artwork which I painted myself from the scratch meaning no cheating.It took me a 3 days to paint and a month of here and there ideas.All work is painted by me and I never stated this was a artwork done by me on the game and please never state me as a cheater ever again.I just hate that word.Just hate it.
I love this game so I made a tribute painting.If you don't like the painting say so but don't call me a cheater and stuff that is not fair.I never steal artwork and I work very hard and have my original characters and artworks.Paying tribute is no cheat.God what's wrong with you?

There is no doubt about it. It is the exact copy and therefore it is cheating. Redrawing a picture that someone else created is stealing their work and portraying as your own. You never gave any credit to the original picture, you were stating it was difficult to draw the hair, when it really was just drawing after the original.
This is nothing but cheating. So dont cry like a little kid, admit it that you used this picture to create your own and at least show some respect to the original artist.

i seriously suggest you visit a doctor.11?11?!!Have you not yet understood the simple fact that I did this as a tribute.Tribute means paying homage and I am 1 year older than you.You are kid compared to me.I am not saying you have to think this art is good or neither is anyone forcing you to.In fact you could have told me what to improve on and I would have been much happier but calling some artist cheater for paying homage is plain ignorant on your part.Oh btw why are you giving the link lol? It's not like people are living under a rock.Everyone knows what the cover of this game looks like.They also know this is a tribute painting.I have recreated the same painting but from the SCRATCH!SCRATCH there you go don't you get what from scratch is?I had to paint this with a mouse for crying out loud.I didn't copy paste anything.
Oh and about showing respect to artists look who is talking?You are a big hypocrite yourself.No respect for people who are older than you.No respect for artists and look at yourself and your artwork and talk about cheating.

I got this game. Its got its badass moments. And War himself .... omg ....
But when I got it, it came with a little art book of sketches and drafts of the characters and stuff in game. This drawing is JUST as good as what some of the game artist made of him. Good job!

Thanx the hair was big challange,Actually I zoomed upto 500% and worked each roots and each hair as in real pixels work like(their are more than thousand small pixels of hair shaded and given lighting)!Damn, That's why it took so long this time!The horse's hair also was done the same way(just Imagine the boredom!)
