Yep... she's reasonable against the downtrodden, but she kind of punched him with the ulterior motive just to let off some steam, as she often does.  Her heart wasn't really in the right place.  Let's just hope her Luffy-style attitude doesn't land her in hot water wit her dad or something of the like.
