Custom Amiibo of Ninten, from EarthBound Beginnings (AKA Mother).
This is the first time I do a custom Amiibo that involved remodeling. I used a Ness Amiibo and what I did was to remove the bag, change the position of the cap and model the hair and scarf. I also modified the base, since the original one was a bit damaged.
The tools I used were "Green Stuff" for modeling, acrylic paint and varnish.
I have to say that I enjoyed a lot making this Amiibo, especially when I had to put it into hot water in order to be able to remove its pieces more easily. It seemed like I was cooking it!
The most difficult part was painting the T-shirt (Yeah,no vinyl stickers this time). It took me several hours, but I'm happy with the result ^-^
As for my next custom Amiibo, I'm thinking of doing one of my Mii. Moreover, I'm starting a collection of custom Amiibo from the EarthBound series, in which I include both Ninten and Claus. I already have some more ideas, which I hope I can do soon!
