Description This was a request from who requested a pic of an insane Lucario.

To me this was one of the hardest to think of, let alone draw. He doesn't look insane, but then again, the most insane people don't usually act that way, I mean...look at me, >.

Anyways, the effects and shading were tough to get even to this point, and my background sucks like hell, XD.
