It kinda reminded me of Hoth from The Empire Strikes Back at first glance, but when I looked closer, I saw that it was a warship frozen in ice as well as the polar bear-riding Inuit. It's a very well-done piece and captures the arctic atmosphere and the abandonment of the warship quite impressively.
