The mill where cocoa was crushed, sugar mixed and chocolate kneaded.
Iron structure filled with painted bricks and ceramics.
Le moulin où les fèves de cacao étaient broyées, le sucre mélangé et le chocolat malaxé.
Structure métallique remplie de briques vernissées et de céramique.

The details are beautiful.
I'm always drawn to shots with lots of repeating patterns or shapes as well as shots with lots of sharp lines and angles.
You did a nice job of getting a direct shot of this. It helps to accentuate those lines, patterns, and shapes without forcing a drastically different perspective on the viewer. Don't get me wrong, there is always a place for that in photography. But in this instance, it has the potential to disrupt the original beauty of the building itself.
The color is nice but not too vivid which, again, helps draw attention to pattern and shape.
