#00Ω - Impirrus (Imp + Cirrus (type of cloud)) [Pure Forme] - The Weatherbringer Fakémon. Flying Type. Abilities: Meteorologist*
-Dex Entry 1: A Fakémon of myth in the Eyrenak region. Many claim having sighted it creating arcing rainbows and looping clouds, but these are often dismissed as illusions created by the sun's glare.
-Dex Entry 2: A mythical Fakémon, legends suggest it can shepherd the weather itself, bringing rain or sunshine in times of dire need. Many fear it will bring floods and storms to those that neglect the environment.

>>Meteorologist: Special Attack is boosted during Sunlight, Rain, or Hail (1.5). Special Attack is doubled when Primordial Sea or Desolate Land are in play.
>>Note: I couldn't obviously say in a small dex entry, but in my mind, a piece of Impirrus' genetic matter (maybe a cloud piece that had literally just broken off or something) was taken to the Hoenn region and experimented on, resulting in the creation of Castform, as a nice little link between regions, etc. Also, it doesn't actually have any arms per se, but can 'create' some in the right weather conditions out of hard light rainbow constructs.
