Description [Please leave a comment/feedback - always looking to improve]
(i) Name: Surgelite (Surge +Light (also Surge sounds like Search, which fits well with what it's bio-luminescent patches are for).
The Needle-tooth Fakémon
Type: Water; Dark
Ability: Compound Eyes; Intimidate (HA - Moxie).
Evolution: Vibribbow -- (trade with Deep Sea Tooth) --> Surgelite;                 Vibribbow -- (trade with Deep Sea Scale) --> Liparisnail.
Habitat: Deep Sea.
Description:a. Using bio-luminescence, they lure and stalk prey slowly for great periods of time before lunging with shocking bursts of speed.
b. Despite their ferocious appearance, they live symbiotically with Liparisnail, coming to their aid should they receive distress signals from far away.

Based on: Deep-sea Dragonfish; Search-lights.
Concept: These guys (the blue dudes in the pic) are the Huntail equivalent of my region. The nostril-like hole in their face is to allow their mouths to close without piercing their own face with their large fangs. I wanted them to appear 'ugly' and ragged/angular, in contrast to the gelatinous Liparisnail. The yellow star shape on their nose made me worry that people might think I was copying Sharpedo, but the idea there was simply to show a 'scratch mark' as if they've bumped into things a lot - they do live in a world without light after all!

(ii) Name: Liparisnail (Liparis (the family of fish referred to as 'snailfish') + Snail (as they're based off of Snailfish))
The Vacuum-feeder Fakémon
Type: Water; Ground
Ability: Healer; Natural Cure (HA - Gooey).
Evolution: Vibribbow -- (trade with Deep Sea Tooth) --> Surgelite;                 Vibribbow -- (trade with Deep Sea Scale) --> Liparisnail.
Habitat: Deep Sea.
Description:a. Voracious herbivores, they spend their lives drifting along the ocean floor, scouring any surface for pieces of food. They often utilize Surgelite to remove competitors from feeding grounds.
b. Despite their helpless appearance, they have few natural predators due to their unpleasant taste and slimy skin - they often signal Surgelite with their tails to remove competition from feeding grounds.

Based on: Snail-fish ( bit.ly/1px9pZX ) ; Bottom feeders.
Concept: These guys are the Gorebyss equivalent of my region. As I messed around with sketches for these guys, I found them turning out cute but also oddly ugly (and looking weirdly like cloud-cars from the old Care bears cartoon), which I guess is a good thing, as snail-fish are kind of similarly ugly/cute. I didn't take inspiration from any one member of the snail-fish family, utilising elements from a few types. I had Relicanth-esque eyes on them originally, but liked the idea of continuing the colour scheme that the Vibribbow/Surgelite/Liparisnail family had in common, opting to make their eyes big and docile (in contrast to Surgelite's almost alien ones).

PLEASE DO NOT STEAL//USE WITHOUT PERMISSION.
I appreciate the quality isn't great, but I just really enjoy creating these guys - if any of the digital fakémon whiz-kids wish to do a cleaner, digital version feel free to PM me!
