This is a new OC, that I have created, his name is Kage Blamore (as seen in the title)

Kage meaning: Shadow
Blamore meaning: He who comes from the dark hill.

Kage basically runs the city, he makes sure that thugs don’t get any ideas that could potentially get them into a heap of trouble with Kage, leading him to “deal” with them.
He took this job because he felt like there was way too many crimes being committed within his city, so he took this job in order to reduce the amount of gangs and crimes that are committed.
