Also, a very old OC. She was originally made as a character in somebody's fanfic on Animation source involving caribou. Her original design looks like a calico cat-colored Faline rather than a caribou. Merit's original name was Malina, but I already have a character named Lena, so I changed the name.

Meriwa is a caribou lost from her herd after she got chased by wolves. The wolves chased her for such a long distance, that her herd disappeared. Being lost, Meriwa unknowingly went south to the Bambi first, where she was met with awe, confusion, and some welcomes. The animals had never seen such an animal as a caribou. They didn't know where to put them in the animal hierarchy. She is aloof, but stubborn in her decisions. Her mate is Muktuk.
