Iv'e been meaning to draw this for a long time. I have always wanted to create a party dress for Deidra. This was SO fun to draw! I really liked drawing the tulle on her skirt. Maybe I should do more tulle practice soon with other characters.I'm definetly going to use this dress in an upsoming picture that I have been wanting to draw for MONTHS. After all this time trying to create the perfect dress for Deidra, I can finally draw the picture. Also, as you can tell from her face, Deidra does not like the dress because River and Meg forced her to wear it to a party.
