Original Species: Animal Guardians
Soul guardians of animals are spirits who protect a certain species of animals.

abilities:
They're invisible and have the ability to fly.
The abilities of them match their animals, like being able to run fast, dive or fly.
Guardians of aquatic species can breath underwater for example

appearance:
Their height can change between fairy-like small (just some inches) or as tall as humans.
Their eyes often have the same color as the power of their staff.
Every guardian can decide for themself if they want to have animal features.
Despite that they're only able to have the features of the animal they're guarding.
Most aquatic animal quardians prefer having gills or even fins.
Some of them dress modern, some of them fantasy-like. That's up to any individual.

staff:
Every animal soul guardian has a staff which gives them the ability to understand animal language. Every staff glows in another color and represents their animal.
Young guardians tend to have similar staff's while the staffs of older guardians are bigger and with more/ different details.
The color of the staff is mostly white or black. The colors of the animal souls are vibrant colors, sometimes even a mixture of two colors.
