Over a year ago I had to design a space pirate suit for Gaia's character Flynn. @ o@ This was the result of that! I went for a really bright and poppy plug suit sort of design. I really just like.... putting stars on things... j __jRelated content

I would have liked this picture so much more if it wasn't so very tightly connected to the rampant gold fountain Flynn's Booty/Chest and the godawful inflation XP
Flynn is one of those characters I've really tried to like, regardless of what she is connected to. She has an OK personality for being a relatively recent character, and the outfit you designed for her is really awesome - I love how you incorporated the stylized lily from the La Victoire sign, it's a wonderful detail.
But... Flynnflation... Ugh, no character deserves to be connected to that kind of evil. Not even a space pirate.

Well I'm curious about something. This design is very creative and cool, don't get me wrong, but it's not like.... the most unique thing ever made for a sci-fi outfit. What I mean is I'm not /surprised/ by any piece of it, except for the rope on her shoulder. How did you come up with that aspect of the design? Was there something in particular that made you feel it'd be a good addition, or just artistic ingenuity at its best?

The Victoire Corsair costume was a possible prize for the November 2010 Chance Item, Neon Core (starring Flynn as space pirate).
