Kalle...again. I draw him a lot lately!! I apologize.I started this wanting it to be a quick thing, but it turned out taking me about 8 or 9 hours. Inspired by an RP with Rachel where Kalle and her character, Eli, sat around and ate chinese food. I thought it'd be cute to draw. I really wanted to draw someone sitting indian style. 8D Also upon her request, I experimented with making a purple-ish image. It was definately a learning experience, and I had to start over a few times.
I dunno where the heart tattoo on his ankle came from. As I was drawing this my hands just drew it there, and I've learned to not second guess my hands too much. SO HE HAS A GIRLY TATTOO WEE. :B

I keep coming back to glare and drool on this. And it seems that every time I do so I find something I hadn't spotted before.
Like the two little dots on the both sides of his head, the buckle on the belt around his arm and the almost-invisible light lining. Not to mention the other lovely details AND THE SWIRL ON HIS KUCKLE.
I just love it when people add details like that to their art. It makes all the difference in the world (for me) even though they're just little things. Purrr.

EEE!! A heart tattoo!! *will have waaaaaaaaay to much fun with this now* The purple looks wonderfull *can never get that color look like the lighting is a color lightbulb... just ends up looking like someone took a roller to the side of the painting when she attempts at it* XD

You talented art-monkey you! You're not afraid to use non-skin tones for skin shading, and I cringe with envy *cringing* The crouching/sitting position is so good since it compacts to picture down and yet keeps an interesting angle. My fav colour is purple and my fav artist is fayren so that makes for an picture that is awsome... to the max! Yet if I could make one critique, I would have to agree with a previous comment that is left hand looks a bit smallish. But the colours are so well done that that can be easily overlooked. Only anal retentive bastards could pick that out, but I'll beat them with a stick *beats self with stick*
