Here is the vignette to the full illustration I made for my storybook.I wrote the short story "Blizzard" featuring two of my characters myself, and I came up with a few characters
that the meet on their journey through parallel worlds as well. These are nasty little things,
but it's by far not he worst the dream world's got in store. ;D Stay tuned for more illustrations.
Done with watercolour and Faber-Castell Polychromos on watercolour paper frm St. Cuthbert's Mill.

This is amazing! so is the other illustration. You are really great at using the colours ( I have a hard time with watercolours). Kinda looks like a vintage style which is awesome!

I agree! I recently have been doing more traditional, I like it alot more then digital! You kinda have alot more feels to it with real life materials

hehe, that's great! I still want to learn a lot of things with digital art as well though....like the ever-present painting in photoshop ;D I only ever use SAI for drawing x3
but yes, there is more emotion going on, even if less perfection...but us humans, we aren't meant to be perfect and perfect things actually scare us sometimes! (getting very deep here xD)

lol, by serious you mean traditional, or just something really big? ;DD yeah, I have been getting some watercolour commissions from family members and friends lately,
they actually like my traditional stuff better :33
