The pose and focus make for some brain-twisting-twisting-brain

Pretty interesing, I like the premise, but I think it could have worked a little better if the hand print had been of a right hand rather than a left, especially since it's her right hand she's holding up. It would have emphasized the sense of projection, the mirroring of forms, and even the shape of the hand across the breast as being a "hand" by including the thumb in the silhouette.
Without it, it just strikes me that she either applied the white with her left hand, or someone else did.
